Routine Eye Exams
Dr. Lisa Nadel and the Eye Was Framed team take even routine eye exams very seriously. During a yearly or bi-yearly examination, our Coconut Creek patients will receive a patient history review, a series of vision and eye tests, assessments of eye focusing and movement, and an eye health evaluation. Our optometrist will discuss any additional testing that may be required to diagnose an eye disease or condition.
Contact Lenses
Not sure that glasses are for you? Ask our staff about contact Lenses. Advances in the field of optometry have produced a variety of different types of contact lenses with a range of benefits. Rigid gas-permeable (RGP), daily-wear soft, extended-wear, extended-wear disposable, and planned replacement are the various types of contact lens options available today. Our optometrists will discuss the various options with you to determine which type will best fit your needs and lifestyle.
Lasik
Laser assisted in situ keratomileusis, commonly referred to as LASIK, is a corrective alternative to glasses or contact lenses. Like glasses or contact lenses, LASIK is a method for treating refractive conditions including nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hyperopia), and astigmatism. At Eye Was Framed, Dr. Nadel provides pre- and post-operative exams for LASIK and other eye procedures.

Not just your average Optometrist. Dr Nadel understands my eyes and my sensitivity to anything touching them. She handles all of the tests in a manner which is more comfortable for the patient as needed, and does a fantastic job getting to the end result. Huge assortment of glasses to choose from and what can you say about Charles and his ability to correctly adjust your frames to fit you after you've beat your pair out of shape.
Best experience ever!! Everyone was super kind and friendly. The staff made me feel very welcomed and the whole experience was quick and easy. Lisa herself is amazing, you can tell she really loves her job and knows what she's talking about. If every medical professional was like her the world would be a better place. Would definitely recommend!
